Tutto, la struttura è bellissima!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, la chambre est magnifique avec une literie hyper confortable, coussins ergonomiques, frigo avec de l'eau, tout est prévu pour le petit déjeuner en chambre. L'emplacement est idéal et la bâtisse est très belle. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Je recommande à 1000%.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city center and in walking distance to all the main attractions. Chiara was a very helpful host and even picked us up and our luggage because we couldn't enter the ZTL area with our car. The room was very spacious, clean and cozy. Overall, Pitigliano is a beautiful city, even in mid October where it seems to be a bit of a ghost town (most shops and restaurants were closed), and we had a great time.

The bathroom could be improved - the small plastic shower box doesn't match the standard of the rest of the Hotel and the room. It would be greatly appreciated to have an option to pay for breakfast - on the day we where there the only Café in the city center was closed. As they also own the Hostaria del Ceccottino (a restaurant just outside the Hotel) there could be a paid option to serve breakfast there. Lastly, some information about where to park could be shared via chat before guests arrive, as we weren't aware the Hotel had a garage outside the city center/ZTL area were we could park until we got there and called to know how to proceed.

Les hôtes sont très réactifs, très gentils. La dame parle aussi français 🙂 Le lit était énorme, nous avons très bien dormi. Très bon emplacement. Tout s'est très bien passé.

L'accueil, la localisation, le confort de la chambre Bien que ne proposant pas de petit dejeuner, tout était offert pour le faire nous même le restaurant était vraiment très bien
