Hotel Galore Inn

Location is good, friendly staff, good facilities. Breakfast was OK, selection was good but taste was just average which is the only reason I give 8 out of 10.

The booking process should be improved though (not sure its with Booking.com or with the Hotel) I got a call one day before the check-in that the amount was not debited by Booking.com and I should pay it soon to block my room within one hour which was not expected as I already shared my credit card info to Booking.com whilst booking.

The location was quite far from the city center. I was there for 2 days, Sunday The breakfast was ok, but on Monday there were less options. The staff was very good, but cleanliness was an issue. The stain of Pan Masala was there in the washroom and it was not clean...

Very basic , nothing mind-blowing

The staff were polite and helpful at every call. Services 10/10. Rooms were cozy and hygienic. Suggestion to have bath towels in every rooms. Restaurant food was amazing, the menu had a lot of option like Italian food but unfortunately they served only Indian and Chinese food. Could work on it.

Suggestion to improve on the complimentary breakfast quality. Chutney had no salt, vadas were sour and coffee was not very hot to drink. We would like to taste authentic Mysore food which we were highly expecting but was disappointed. Staff were working hard and satisfied the customers need. Kudos to them.

Staff blamed us for staining the linen , which was already stained on first place and we didnt made a fuzz about it . But we were asked to pay money for the stain . We said the only mistake we did was not making an issue about the stain as we discovered it only at midnight . Poor customer relation and lack of common sense among staff members.
