Very bad , bed sheet and pillows very bad not

Rooms were good according to the price..

Beddings were not that much clean...service was not good... Told somany excuses and asked for more money after payment..

I loved the stay at this hotel, overall. I feel that the room is great and the bathroom is also well maintained. Besides the view from the room is also really amazing.

Room service menu should be a little better in this hotel is what I feel.

Hygiene and location

The staffs welcomed guests with high attitude behavior, main lift was not working, glass bottle caps were greasy due to long exposure to water, even though basement parking was available security guard made us to park in the road itself citing all parking slots are booked (@11PM) and xl6 cannot come out while taking the car outside from basement. Washrooms are without ventilation or without exhaust fan.. was able to feel the heat in washroom even after 5hrs after taking bath.. Overall location is good and rooms are maintained properly.. only that is the relief for spending so much money..
