no cleanliness, staff didnt respond for cleaning of washrooms

The room was neat and clean.

The size of the room and bathroom was small.

Only reception lobby

1- Service is very pathetic. We have asked them to activate the channel which is free but they have took 2 days to activate. 2- Asked them to provide the towels they told us why you require towels. 3- last day they have informed us in your package free breakfast included. 4-we have booked two rooms and they have provided one small rooms and another regular room. 5- Room size and bed is very small for two person. 6- No prompt reply.

The staff and the restaurant were excellent.

The bathroom toilet was not thoroughly cleaned, and the electric kettle was covered in dust.
