The apartment is big and clean, it has everything you need. Very good!

The street is dirty, but there is nothing the owner can do about it so it is not his fault. There are neighbors who are screaming and fighting all day.

It is obvious that the house has been recently renovated and there was no problem with its cleanliness. However, if we come to the shortcomings; 1) Although we informed the brother who came to hand over the keys before we arrived at the house that we would be coming from a long way with heavy rain, we were charged 10€ more because we were 1 hour late. 2) It is located in an unsafe area. Instead of leaving our car on the street, we had to leave it in the parking lot of the "Lidl" supermarket, which is 1-1.5 km away and just because it has a camera. 3) There were "mountain" piles of garbage on the corners of the location and its surroundings. The municipality obviously does not care about this at all. 4) 2 of the balcony windows where the kitchen is located were not locked. Due to the unsafe location, the apartment on the 1st floor makes those staying there nervous. 5) There was a bad smell in the kitchen area. 6) There is no Wi-Fi connection in the house. 7) It is not possible to communicate with the owner and his brothers in a language other than Italian.
