Located in Canning Garden, quite strategic place

Cleanliness. There were lizard droppings on the bed, the beds were dusty, there were cockroaches in the room(s), the front door lock was faulty, and the sofa leg was broken but was reattached and left as it is until one of my guests sat on it and broke. It was very embarrassing.
