It is in a ghetto / industrial part of town. The property was run down, mattress was not a mattress from what I could tell, noisy as all heck every time you rolled over. Swimming pool was in a complete state of dis-repair. Toilet was not set correctly and bathroom shower was a waste of tome. Booking.com should not be offering this. Very disappointed.
