Cockroaches, & water undrinkable, fruitflies coming up the drains & a smell. No Laundry or breakfast as claimed.

It’s dirt cheap for a reason

The first room they gave me had an intoxicatingly strong smell of piss and I had to get moved 10 mins after checking in. New room had sticky floors, floor boards were peeling up, beds are extremely loud and creeky, the rooms and building are infested with cockroaches. I was woken up around 5 am every day for a week from people dogs barking in the hall, some guy beating on my door telling me to let him in. This place is a slum half the cars in the parking lot have been broken into with missing windows all taped up. Somebody broke the door handle off my truck trying to break into it my third night there. And the day before my check out a rude employee beat on my door and said “it’s time to pay up, the manager is waiting for you In The office” they tried telling me I’ve stayed past my reservation time and I had to fight showing him I didint have to check out until the next day. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I have been staying In hotels traveling for work for the last 6 years

The room was a very long walk from front desk and they know I walk with a cane and have c o p d and was there for surgery there was no soap for shower in the room there was no trash can I got two deferent remotes to the TV while I was there nether of them worked the TV would loss the internet signal three to fore times in a 30 minet show the door would not latch to stay closed and the security lock would not work there was homeless sleeping on the stares when I checked in and when I left in the morning they where still there I still haven't got my deposit back on my card I personally thank I should reserve a refund after the worst stay ever and to top it all off the casino and resterunt where closed for remodel and they where the main reason I picked that rat hole

The night lady was nice even if not helpfull

They broke an honorable agreement. Now we are homeless whitening for the police to resolve it.

No breakfast, no accessible room, both were listed in my reservation but there is no breakfast, and I couldn't get into bathroom w my wheelchair. They couldn't move me to a room with accessible bathroom despite that being specified on my reservation. Also they advertise that is laundry facilities, but the doors were removed on all of the washing machines, which sucked bc I needed to do wash.
