Rien ,horrible .impossible à trouver le nom ne correspond pas : il y a marqué Vegas

Quartier coincé entre autoroute,gare et taudis.Des gens très inquiétants, sales rôdent partout, piétinent au pied de l’immeuble, vitres cassées d’une entrée secondaire. Chambre sale,fenêtre ne fermant pas,une partie des chambres est louée à des travailleurs.La nuit les locataires hurlent courent dans les couloirs et font claquer les portes: une honte que Booking propose cet établissement

Absolutely nothing! The hotel itself it's nothing like it is described on booking.com. To be honest, the building should be condemned but before that I would like a full refund including the $25 pet fee that you said was refundable when I checked in.

Everything! The first time that I was given the key to air conditioner plug would not fit into the wall socket, not to mention the fact that it smelled like dirty sweat socks. I went down to the desk and told the front desk staff and they gave me a different room. It was approximately 95° outside that day so air conditioning in the room was a must. In the second room, the AC unit was blowing warm/hot air. I went back down to the desk and requested yet a third room. One of the front desk employees said "I know that AC unit works just fine". So she had me follow her back to the room to prove that point. Bottom line, at that point it was apparent that they weren't switching rooms for me again. The bedrooms / sheets were dirty which I didn't notice until I pulled back the comforter. There were stains on the majority of the walls, some of the fixtures in the ceiling or close to falling down and in the morning when I went to take a shower before check out, there was a brown recluse spider in my bathroom (I did take a picture of it also).

It was a clean and comfortable room. Definitely exceeded required standards. Extremely basic. Going through a name change and possible upgrade soon.

The exterior is rundown and dumpy. Trash cans overflowing, no cups for drinking in the room. Is still considered a Vegas Casino hotel, I didn't see the America's Best Value Inn until I saw a piece of paper taped to the glass. Confusing trying to locate it without updated signage. They are using your name with an unconverted old, dumpy hotel still. Quite misleading. Nowhere America's Best Value standards. Hopefully that will come before it damages your chain's reputation. Not the value I was counting on.

The location is good.

I have stayed here before but not for 4 or 5 years. First off, I was the only one in the lobby checking in and it took the lady about 12 minutes to finally give me my key and room number. The TV in the room didn't work. I got a new room, a 5 minute wait this time. The room was shabby with a musty smell. The floor was dirty with crumbs on the floor and on the table. Thick dust was on the floor boards. The towels had stains on them and were clearly old and frayed. The pillows seemed old with no firmness. There were also full time residents roaming the hallways. The entire place seemed sketchy. This hotel has definitely gone downhill and I would not recommend anyone staying here. Very disappointing.
