If you require assistance setting up a sofa bed, cot or high chair please request this in advance via the Special Requests box when booking. This may incur an additional charge of £25 each. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests including from smoking outside designated areas will incur a charge. Damages will be charged to the {debit/credit} card provided at the time of booking check-out.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
