IEBeautiful apartment in a great location, 3/4 minute walk to the old town. Apartment is modern, spacious and very well equipped with very comfortable beds to ensure a goods night's sleep. It has a large balcony which is fabalous to watch all the activity on the harbour and the wonderful sunsets. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again....just a note.....apartment is on third floor with 60 internal steps....might be a consideration for some.
USThe host is super nice and the Interior is beautiful but bed count is misleading. The sofa is not a sofa bed. It is very tiny and uncomfortable to sleep. We needed two separate beds and this place has only one bed. Kitchen doesn’t have any pans. Very basic stuffs, in case you planning to cook not a good option.
Parking is nightmare. The building people pick up fights and don’t let you park inside. Outside it is next to impossible to find parking. We spent 1 hour searching for parking spot. Apt is at 4th floor. Don’t carry heavy luggage as there is no elevator.

GBThe property was exactly as described and has been refurbished to a high standard. The location of the property for all the amenities of the Old Town is excellent, and you won’t find a better spot in Zadar to watch the sunset. It’s also a great spot to watch the cruise ships and super yachts berth from the comfort of the balcony and enjoy the buzz of the nearby marina. Can’t praise the place highly enough.
IEFabulous apartment right on the seafront in beautiful Zadar. Clean, light and comfortable in an ideal location in the Old Town, with a breathtaking view out onto the Adriatic.
It really is a perfect apartment. My only advice is that parking space downstairs is not guaranteed, so if you’re arriving by car, bear that in mind.
