Cleanliness •Room was dusty, musty smell, and seemed not cleaned before check-in. •Bed sheets dirty, toilet extremely filthy with black mold. •Floor sticky and soapy. Facilities •TV broken, old air-conditioning, no chiller. •No slippers, no extra towel, no ironing facilities. •Light switches and plugs far from the bed. •Sink pipe too short, difficult to use for wudhu. •No basic amenities (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste). •No snacks/coffee/tea, only bottled water. •No in-room phone to call receptionist. •Standard room for couple was very cramped, no space even to perform prayer. Food •Breakfast very basic, same as outside stalls. •Food was already cold by 8am.
