Location and cleanliness

Noise from the other apartments. This is obviously completely out of the hosts control

Absolutely beautiful flat. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and kind and quick to respond to all emails. So very pleased with this flat. My family was so extremely pleased with the comfort of this flat and most definitely would stay there again.

London Road traffic noise would be the worst comment I could make, but that is not the fault of the property. A couple very minor things were, they were short on toilet paper rolls and kitchen rolls. But that wasn’t a major issue as I was able to supply that.

Great apartments for family (3 adults 2 kids) with kitchen (all dishes you need and dishwasher). Supermarket and the rail station are 10 minutes away. Great old-fashioned pub 10 minutes away. It's may feel like it's too far from London but it isn't (40 minutes on the train).

Shower needs a repair and the parking spot was uncomfortable (little space and bushes on the side).

The property is a good size, with a parking space and ideally placed for where I wanted to be

The mattresses are uncomfortable with dips in the middle, I had to use pillows and a duvet to be able to sleep in the single bed. The showerhead needs replacing as some of the holes are slightly blocked and the water hits you from those holes they feel like knives.
