FRBel hostel. Accès facile en bus. Beaucoup de charme. Beau lounge et agréable partie cuisine avec de plus céréales, lait et café fournis. Chambre individuelle agréable et belles salle de douche communes. Réactivité à mes messages et veilleur 24h/24. Mon vol ayant été retardé, je suis arrivée à 2h30 de la nuit. J'avais prévenu et tout s'est bien déroulé, le veilleur de nuit est tout de suite venu m'accueillir à mon arrivée. Ascenseur. Petit kit gel douche, bouchons d'oreille et masque de nuit offerts.
GBThe breakfast was fine however the dishes does not appear clean. I thought the dishes goes to the dish washer not washed by the guests!
The cupboards within the bedrooms were like cage and gave me a bad impression. The noise from outside was disturbing. The room was also hot. The hand wash liquid within the bathroom was inefficient. The staff did not give advice how to open the reception room or provide information with regards to the extra toilets in the ground floor. It took me waiting more than half an hour to use the toilet as it was occupied by the other guests.

Common area is small and amongst staff who often outweigh the actual people staying so makes it hard to make friends with people. Lots of alcoholics accepted who make a loud noise in the room and seriously prevent your sleep.
GBAlways an excellent stay. Great location, great for Bristol Beacon, The Exchange, Thekla, O2 etc. Lovely staff. Great facilities. Spotlessly clean.
the lift door is difficult to shut on the ground floor when you're inside the lift.
