AUI was initially impressed with the stately British building... When the big oak doors automatically swung open wide as a symbolic statement of "welcome" I knew I was at a professional new age Hostel... The 1920s antique lift door uniquely opens outwards to deliver you promptly up to your dormitory...All the staff were a tremendous help in making my stay seamless and enjoyable...The kitchen is well organised with free coffee/tea & a complimentary cereal breakfast to kick off the day...The lounge is large and comfortable with a wide screen TV plus lots of entertaining games to play...The room was big with a cooling fan to help beat the summer heat...A characterfull fusion of traditional and modern...A very good Hostel bang smack in central Bristol .
GBLocation, , general facilties, ambiance, staff, cleaness etc was great. Can't think of anything that we did not like. You even get free hot drinks and a wide range of cereals to chose from for breakfast. Will come back. Our family room was comfortable with a great shower room. Everything works well and is in good order.

GBGood value for money very close to the city centre and harbourside, made for nice walks out during the day and convenient for later at night too.
ITOstello molto carino, la nostra camera era bella spaziosa e confortevole e il bagno ben pulito. Staff gentile.
Lo staff è spesso fuori dalla reception quindi quando siamo arrivate abbiamo dovuto aspettare che ci venissero ad aprire.
