"Fantastic place in the heart of downtown Knoxville!"

Amazing location! Your own 2 bdrm loft right in the middle of everything. On-site laundry, full sized refrigerator, a pool table and very thoughtful touches like plenty of games, huge flat screen tvs throughout and a sound system setup for a turntable or Bluetooth. The host was immediately responsive to any questions.

Didn't bother us, but the unit is on top of a bar that is quite loud and lots of vibrations from their sound system. Earplugs provided, but didn't use as we were up past closing time. If you're an early sleeper this may bother you. Also there's a sunlight in one of the bedrooms, if you prefer a dark room, this may be problematic for you. Again, not a bother for us and we'd absolutely stay here again.

Cleanliness, decor, comfortable bedding, pool table and games, great downtown location and walkability.

Situated one floor above a live music venue, and they played till midnight, very late for us older folks. If I'd known that, I'd have had to book elsewhere.

Beautiful Loft Apartment in Downtown Knoxville Tennessee. It was wonderfully decorated and comfortable. It has everything you would want during a stay. Itā€™s located in the middle of everything.

Weā€™ve done a three week road trip around Tennessee, staying in hotels (including an expensive Hilton), Airbnb and apartments. This was far and away the best place we stayed. The host, Halie was very quick to respond to messages. The apartment was very well equipped, sodas in the fridge, various nibbles and even down to disposable razors, toothbrushes and earplugs if you needed them (we didnā€™t). There were two very big bedrooms (3 beds), a well appointed kitchen, living room and even a pool table. There location was superb, in the middle of downtown and not noisy or busy - we were there Monday and Tuesday night
