BOUTIQUE HOUSE LA FENICE

Breakfast was more than expected. Coffee, biscuits, cornetti, marmelade, Nutella, juice, water, Also toiletries in the bathroom were more than expected.

Parking lot was in the building next to the appartment and the exit and entry was only possible through a ramp, which was very steep. Also, for carrying the luggage on the ramp was a bit difficult.

When we entered the apartment, we were stunned. The apartment is spacious and modern and the host thought of everything. In the kitchen they put snacks on the table as a welcome gift, there wer drinks in the fridge and they also had a little "colazione" for the next day. The bathroom was equipped with a washing machine, a hairdryer and all the facilities we needed. We had a very very good stay and we would love to come back again.

The only bad thing we can think of is that we just stayed for one night.

Location is a bit sketchy

The apartment is immaculate. It is in a new building just a short walk to the old town, which has a couple of spots worth seeing. The hosts generously provided complementary snacks and drinks.

Amazing

The hosts really made an effort to make sure our stay started off perfectly. There were so many little touches in the kitchen, living area and bathroom that really showed they cared about their guests. The apartment is well kitted out, has a fully functional kitchen including coffee machine and Italian coffee maker (because choice is important...) and feels spacious and modern. We did use the good quality sofa bed and a fully grown adult was comfortable on it.

Everything was actually really good. You do need to get used to the way the gate and door work, and how to get in and out of the parking area if you use it. Nothing wrong with it, just learning as you do it for the first time.
