Rifugio in città

The host met us outside the apartment at the prearranged time, provided the keys and explained the apartment facilities to us along with shopping and eating recommendations. Car parking is shared by the other residents, past the boom gate. The apartment is on the first floor and there is a lift. The air conditioning worked very well. More than enough chairs, table, cupboard and wardrobe space inside. The fridge freezer worked well. It’s located in a residential apartment block so hearing the neighbours sometimes is expected - they weren’t noisy anyway. Lovely firm mattress provided a comfortable bed for the night.

This is a fabulous apartment. It has recently been refurbished very tastefully. Temp was 34-39 degrees while we were there and the cool, calm decor with very efficient aircon provided a very welcome oasis. Despite our late arrival through plane delays, Massimiliano was very welcoming with lots of suggestions to help us enjoy our stay. Secure car parking and easy route into town centre plus there appeared to be frequent bus service. Definitely recommend.
