Grand Darul Makmur Hotel Kuantan

The rooms are huge and staff was excellent in handling problems just the valet needs to be more proactive in handling clients, like when we arrived the bellboys was just staring instead of trying to help out.

My dad is disabled and the ramps at the entrance are horrible as it’s way too steep and the lifts closes too quick, way too many people were getting hit by the elevator doors. The bathroom need improvements as our rooms shower door was bent so we couldn’t close the shower glass door, the bidet was also leaking which wastes water and the hot water wasn’t hot at all.

Location its strategic near to to the mall in the city

Parking.,i book 2 night..the first night on 30 August was very far i have to park..and i have been told from the security that there is an event there in the hotel and there is outsider also using the parking..please prioritize to accomodate for the hotel guest to park near to the hotel as for us family type we have a lot of thing to bring.. The matress is not comfy at all.Room :332 . No toothbrush provided..i have to go down to lobby to ask for it since the room telephone its not working. The hotel did not reply my question when i book with booking.com..i did ask for a big bed but until now not reply at all and i got 2 single bed.

Bilik bersih dan sangat selesa. Bell boy the best...

Receptionist... sangat mendukacitakan... Tak senyum pun... Perlu belajar untuk senyum & mengalu-alukan tetamu... (Mungkin kerana saya bukan siapa-siapa...)

I love the variety of the food offered during breakfast. I personally enjoy the nasi lemak, mee kari and kuah rojak buah! Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I don’t remember his name, but he was an older gentleman who worked as the doorbell attendant. Room was spacious also.
