1)there's no swimming pool and they have indicated they have one in their property, lying to get clients is bad 2) breakfast was really boring tea,eggs,bread everyday.they can do better and give other options

This is the only apartment I Love in kigali it was many times there, when i think to go to kigali I book there , i like everything , they have a good apartment, clean , quiet, and the staff is very kind

We booked a 1 bedroom apartment and we confirmed with the owner several times during the week before our stay. Once we got there, they gave it to someone else and they tried to put us in a shared 2 bedroom different apartment even though we wanted privacy in advance and w1s confirmed. Bad customer service, and he didn't want to pick up the phone to sort it out. He ended up canceling our stay without giving us the apartment we had booked! He was rude and unprofessional via texting, with Impolite workers who said they would walk into the apartment whenever they wanted, and that they didn't need to knock on the door! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND OTHER PEOPLE TO STAY THERE!!!

they have a good place to stay, at the breakfast me I don't drink tea with milk, I took cofe for free, that place is very good and staff is a good person
