Awesome friendly staff, Jeger! Always there to help with accommodation requests, bike rentals etc. Great aircon and comfy beds in rooms. Central location walking distance into town! Would stay here again in Kuta Lombok. Termikasih TaTa Surf Hostel

I had a very disappointing experience at Tata Hostel. The bathroom smelled badly, the curtains did not block any light, and there was no enforcement of quiet hours, so it was difficult to get any proper sleep because of noisy guests throughout the night. What frustrated me the most was how disorganized the staff was. I originally booked one night and upon arrival I asked to extend for a second night. I obv paid upfront for both nights. However, when I returned to my dorm on the second day, I found someone else's stuff in my bed and all of my belongings left on the floor. The staff then explained that the woman who checked me in did not speak English well and misunderstood the request, despite having taken payment for two nights. As a result, I was forced to find alternative accommodation at 7 PM after a long and exhausting day and I really do not wish that on anyone.

cheap but very good accomodation close to the main road but in a nice & quite spot. it has a great main area with bean bags and a pool to hang out. cold and hot water is provided and there is a fridge in the main area. the staff is awesome, you feel very welcomed, they help you out with anything you need and the whole vibe is just great! they have good deals for scooter rental and shuttles. jeger is the best! we love you jeger

El personal súper atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes, muy flexible y amable. Le pedí recomendaciones para recorrer la zona y también despejé dudas sobre la cultura local y de manera abierta me compartió todo lo que sabía. En el hostel rentan scooter a buen precio y lo mejor es que no se quedan con comisión sino que el dinero va directamente a los dueños quienes son vecinos del barrio, lo que promueve la economía local y comunidad.

Me hubiera gustado que el baño sea más limpio, pero tampoco era la gran cosa.
