Bathroom small. Shower small. Waterpressure poor

We did not have the breakfast option but the service and overall cleanliness was great. Buli is a great hostess, she needs to be promoted before you guys lose her

It was all good

I loved the location as it was tranquil and close proximity to other amenities. It's a beautiful place. Excellent condition. We also enjoyed the breakfast. It was worth it.

Linen and Tiles are white and clean. Bed cushions are comfortable. Support staff are helpful.

I cannot believe that this guesthouse is rated a 4-star guesthouse as it is old, interior painted with white paint and is dirty. Tiles are cracked in the bathroom. Bed side tables has burned marks from iron.

Good - Upon arrival the welcome from the manager was friendly. The rooms were very clean and bigger than what we anticipated. We were given our own gate remote to use to come and go as we please which was quite handy.

Bad - The gate had a problem and they told us to click the remote at a certain time to ensure the gate closed, which meant we spent about 5-10mins each time leaving and arriving just to make sure the gate was closed which was quite a frustration. - The shelves in the one room seemed to be quite damaged, so we were weary of it. - The shower water was cold on the first evening and the next morning, we mentioned it to them and they said they will have someone in to fix it. That evening the water issue was sorted. The next day the water was cold again and they just were not bothered to sort it out. - During out stay we heard multiple customers complaining audibly throughout the day for multiple things. - Our parents had asked for the cleaner to NOT go in their room at all for the day, they were fine without the service, the cleaner went in anyway, probably to try on clothes, which brings us to our last point, - As we were leaving, the cleaner lady told us that she tried on our daughters knitted hat because she liked it and she took a photo with it! Not sure what else she had tried on, but THAT was unacceptable!

I would suggest that you have standard breakfast, i was not told when i checked in that i need to let the staff a day before that i need breakfast therefore i was disappointed when i was told that there is no breakfast
