Servizio accogliente e disponibile, la federa di un cuscino non era pulitissima e quando abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla sono stati gentilissimi. Ci hanno anche offerto il servizio lavanderia per scusarsi. Posizione ottimale, struttura tipica e ben curata.

Прекрасный отель с отличным месторасположением, вкусными завтраками, с уютным двориком, где можно выпить кофе. Особая благодарность Азизу и Асилу на рецепшн за помощь во всех вопросах, за повышение категории номера молодоженам на Deluxe с балконом, чувствовали себя, как дома. Попали на фестиваль, много прекрасных впечатлений, вернемся с удовольствием!

Чисто в номере, аутентичный номер в отеле

Не понравилось, что с ребенком 2 года предложили заселиться пораньше в номер без окон и дешевле с условиями, что потом не поменяют номер на тот,что я заказывала!

Das Hotel ist ein Miniatur Palast. Sehr hohe Decken und somit somit sehr bequem und geräumig. So ein Haus wünschte ich mir 😅
