Peaceful and beautiful place with a private mini Olive Garden. Upon arrival you will find everything you need from wine opener to fresh towels. Terrace with grill is grate for slow dining and lovely time. Highly recommend! A grate localization - many vineyards in the close area.

Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche im August in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Angereist sind wir mit dem Auto und Motorradanhänger – die Zufahrt ist zwar etwas eng, aber gut machbar. Das Haus liegt ruhig und abseits der touristischen Massen, was für uns genau das Richtige war. In 20–45 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Poreč, Rovinj, Motovun etc. oder an verschiedenen Stränden – perfekt für Ausflüge. Die Lage war für unsere Motorradtouren in den Bergen ideal. Wir haben die ruhige Umgebung sehr genossen und konnten nach unseren Touren wunderbar entspannen. Das Haus selbst ist modern eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet – vom Gasgrill über Geschirr bis hin zu Handtüchern und Bettdecken war alles vorhanden. Man muss nur seine persönlichen Dinge mitbringen, der Rest ist da. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin lief über WhatsApp, war sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Die Klimaanlage hat bei den teils 38 Grad Außentemperatur hervorragend funktioniert und für angenehme Abkühlung im Haus gesorgt. Ein kleiner Pool zur Erfrischung wäre das gewisse Extra gewesen. Aber auch ohne war es für uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Het huisje was heel mooi, niet te groot en niet te klein, ideaal voor twee personen en zelfs met drie nog doenbaar. Alles was volledig nieuw en perfect uitgerust: werkelijk alles was aanwezig, van zout en wasknijpers tot anti-mug stekkers. Ook het grote terras met barbecue en de ruime tuin vol olijfbomen maakten ons verblijf extra aangenaam. Rustig gelegen in Majkusi, maar toch dichtbij Poreč, Vrsar, Rovinj en meerdere mooie stranden op maximaal 20 minuten rijden.

Op het terras stond al een metalen constructie voorzien voor een afdak, maar dit was nog niet afgewerkt tijdens ons verblijf. Waarschijnlijk komt dit er snel, aangezien het huisje nog vrij nieuw was. Dat zou handig zijn geweest bij regen, om toch buiten te kunnen zitten.

Cisza i spokój, domek znajduje się w malutkiej miejscowości na wsi.

Trochę mała kuchnia i łazienka. Jeśli jest pogoda to zjeść można na tarasie, 4 osoby nie mieszczą się w tak małej kuchni. Pod prysznicem jest zasłonka, która może komuś przeszkadzać. Na pewno wygodniejsza i przyjemniejsza byłaby kabina - ale to już taka moja fobia, nie wszystkim to musi przeszkadzać.

The house doesn’t look like on the pictures. It isn’t modern, clean and peacful ( I spend there a few hours thinking what to do and where I will spend the night and I heard very loud music from the neighborhood). The surrounding is neglected. It isn’t possible to park the car in a safe place but in front of the gate on the road that leads to abandoned and destroyed trailers. Everything in the house looks like heavily used, the front door are closing hardly, the windows are old and dirty. In the kitchen dishes and equipments scared away. The worst part are the worms inside the house. It wasn’t insects like spiders/flies that are normal in the village but worms that live inside the house and they are from dirt and canalization that wasn’t cleaned. I m not talking about one worm, there are lots of worms. For me it’s impossible to stay in that conditions. I understand everything and I can clean but it is too much for me. I didn’t stay at the house and I was forced to look after other accomondation ( it was very hard - top season). The host only wrote to me that it was cleaned in the morning, they are insects because it’s a village and wished me a positive mood and pleasant stay in other place. I was very tired after the journey and I didn’t feel safe in that place. I know Croatia and I already stayed in a stone houses but they weren’t in such a bad condition. If you look on the pictures you see a beautifull, modern and small house but it is far from reality…
