The location was superb, walking distance to many eateries and shopping places. About 10 minutes walk to train station. It's near the happening area but quiet enough for a good night's rest. The kind host has given us prior permission to leave our luggage in the morning of check-in, but upon arrival allowed us to check-in directly since there was no occupant the night before. There are shared facilities (water dispenser, microwave, washing machine and even a patio for you to hang out and drink) which are kept clean. The bathroom is not shared, is clean and well maintained.
