The check out is really early

It really feels like a home away from home, the lounge and dining space are really comfortable. Plus there is plenty of items in the kitchen to use. The views from the windows are exceptional and the heating is great.

There is only one towel per person, it is up some hills which were tiring and the porch was not usable during winter due to the amount of snow you couldn't open the door. It is a good place to see the northern lights but there is large amounts of lights outside from other houses so you struggle to find a darker spot.

I booked three nights at Lun Home for over 360€, which set reasonable expectations for both comfort and service. Upon arrival, I politely asked a staff member where the living room was. His response was impatient, and when I asked again simply to confirm, his tone became even worse. I felt unwelcome from the very beginning. I stayed briefly in the living room to calm down and consider whether to cancel my stay, not to ignore any rules. I was quiet and did not disturb anyone. Later, the same staff member approached me again about the 4 p.m. check-in rule, despite me explaining that I only needed a few minutes to send an urgent email. The accommodation itself also does not justify the price: a four-bed room with extremely poor sound insulation. I could have tolerated the facilities, but the staff’s attitude seriously damaged my experience. As a paying guest, I should not feel unwelcome.

The location is decent. The facilities are decent. The kitchen is equipped.

There is no one to manage the place. The response from the owners is quite delayed. Toilet paper, washing detergent and other basics ran out during my stay.

Mein Zimmer war extrem klein, mit einem Schubladenstock für 2 Personen. Also zwei kleine Schubladen pro Person da die fünfte Schublade defekt war. Es war auch noch Abfall von der vorherigen Person drin. Allenfalls sollte dies durch das Reinigungspersonal nach dem Auschecken geprüft werden. Schade war, dass die Terrasse nicht genutzt werden konnte (festgefrorener Schnee, Türe liess sich nicht öffnen). Schnee hätte vorgängig etwas geräumt werden müssen.

Barely clean (I did hoover myself the dorm, there was lot of dust and hairs..not from 1 day), lot of damages here and there (doors that don't close properly, etc)..my bed had this spongy linen that was really uncomfortable and gave itchy..fridge and the dry store were so full, I don't think only from the actual people staying..it's like 12 people with 2 bathroom..To me, doesn't seem to worth the price even if you're in Tromsø..
