Harbour View Guest House

The cleanliness & little extra bits that were offered. Loved the coffee machine. Also in the porch there was plenty of beach type stuff which we used. Good asset.

No heating or hot water. Apart from the shower which was electric.. The boiler had apparently broken down. It was a bit pokey no windows in the bedroom. On their advert they advertise parking but when I rang it wasn't guaranteed although we did get a space.

Everything was really nice

VERY CLEAN!!! and comfy place, room aesthetic is 👍 , walking distance to the train station, harbor and shops. The owner is friendly and accommodating, they even let us leave our luggage till 3pm and keep the key with us till 3pm.

Perfect location to explore St Ives and there was a space to park our car! The room was perfect and well equipped. Loved the extras like the breakfast kit.

It was a lovely place to stay, beautiful views of the harbour from the lounge, eating our breakfast was lovely looking out the window with the little chairs & table, very clean, staff when we had a problem with the tv, was resolved quickly, lovely breakfast they left, bread, cereal, milk, tea, coffee, butter, orange juice, the walk to the harbour had lots of steps to climb back up, but we quickly seen when ypu reach the bottom of the steps the co-op shop, where a bus parked, and realised it went past our window, so could catch it back if you find them hard to climb back up them, which wasn't easy, but everything was lovely.

could done with an airer which I suggested to Danielle before we left and they thought it's was a great idea, for wet beach towels, costumes, wetsuit, to put outside the door, but wasn't a problem.

Cleaniless

1. WRONG booking. I filtered with 1 year daughter however, just couple of hours before reaching property the property owner let me know that it is not meant for less than 8 years old and blamed it to Booking.com site. I could not get another property to stay in a very short notice and was kind of forced to stay there. It is horrible especially when you have to climb with a pram and with all the risks of of slipping in rains. Horrible!! How can such error happen in this technology age? 2. FALSE claim by guest house for sea view. There was no sea view from my accommodation. This is wrong. 3. Too small studio with limited facilities. Way too overpriced for the property.
