Jeju Hue Pension

This trip to Jeju Island was very comfortable and enjoyable because the hotel was clean, it's owner especially friendly, and he explained in detail the beautiful scenery and delicious restaurants of Jeju Island. He loves traveling and taking photographies, so he introduced us to the spectacular scenery by showing us photos he had taken of his own experiences. He also told us about the reason for recommending the restaurant and its price as it was a restaurant with a menu suitable for foreigners. I found scenic views and restaurants in order according to the day's travel course. The accommodation was equipped with Wi-Fi, a stovetop, a refrigerator, a microwave, rice cooker, water heater, various tableware, and a bidet. The hotel is located in the southern center of Jeju Island and at the center of Jeju Island's transportation roads, so transportation is convenient and travel time is saved wherever you go on Jeju Island. We travelled with a car. The hotel owner provides English conversation and English materials, so it can be of great help to foreigners.

This was the best setup place we stayed to date, the room was filled with high-end appliances, and a very well done bathroom, the grounds were well kept and the owner helped us out finding our trail and getting out luggage moved. There is a very good burger restaurant just up the road also and it is pretty close to the buss stops

Nothing to complain about

The owner was very nice, and spoke enough english that we could understand each other. The location is great for the south side of the island if you are looking to stay out of the cities. Reasonably close to waterfalls and temples. You will need a car to efficiently get here and go to places to see, the Island is much bigger than most people think. The place was fully stocked with basic ammendities to include dishes, a rice maker, and hair dryer. Soap and a sponge were also provided to clean used dishes as needed which was a huge bonus. The bathroom was spacious and the tub included a shower handle to rinse off if you didnt want to take a bath. If you prefer standing showers and its a deal breaker then id find another place. The place was very clean!

If youre a larger or wider person I do not reccomend the loft style room. The stairs were narrow (understandably for the space) and made it quite difficult to go up and down. Its our fault for not considering this ahead of time we shouldve picked a different room. The AC also stopped working the final night. By the time we figured out it wasnt working it was time for check out so other than a warmer night of sleep it didnt affect us much.

Spacious room, beautiful small garden in front of hotel. Nice staff. Very kind man dropped me at the temple. But please (!) if you give a ride to a woman, stop where you agreed! There is no need to find "better" or "more beautiful" place. It can be VERY scary for somebody! I appreciate your hospitality but not all places in the world are safe as South Korea.

Hotel doesn't provide water and there is no water purifier (there is, but doesn't work since COVID). You need to walk to the nearest convenience store for about 15-20 min. Not the best news after walking 25km (cute girl from staff suggested water as additional service, but it is still strange! Good-looking hotel without water..) If you travel alone, there is hard to find a place to eat (restraunts nearby suggest dishes for 2+ persons only). I didn't understand how to set up air conditioner. Seems it works, but weakly. There is a luxury bathtub with hydromassage but without plug and with headrest partly covered with fungus.

It was not expensive and the water pressure was good

While I did not see any roaches, the fact that they left a can of roach spray on the side table was unsettling. Also, I am convinced someone tried to open my door late at night. The air conditioner was not working and while there is a bathtub, if I wanted to shower, there was no way for me to do that because the shower head spray is attached to the bathtub and there is no hook/anchor that lets you take a shower standing up. The bed and linens were uncomfortable.

property is very conveniently located and right off the main road. the host was also extremely friendly and helpful for whenever I had any questions. there’s also enough space for a short stay so it was very comfortable to sleep and stay! would definitely recommend the space for anyone

Service was great! We had to check in late as we just climbed Hallasan but he was there ready to receive us. Our room had a bathtub and it was a great bonus after a day of hiking. We checked out early in the morning around 6am and he was also there to say goodbye and even gave us directions on a faster route to Seongpanak Service Area where were going to.

Very kind owner who even drove us to the supermarket so that we could buy breakfast, room very very clean, equiped kitchen with all utensils needed and great bed

Location but hey, that’s a small thing compared to everything that’s great about this place

the manager and his family were very friendly and even went out of there way to help my wife and me out by taking us to get necessities in their car.

we did not do our research and found out once there we needed a car to get around.
