"Shocking custom service"

This property is advertised with on site private parking however this is not the case. Only parking is street parking which is very busy! Due to this we did not actually stay at the property but are being refused any refund. Booking.com and property being very difficult to contact/ deal with.

"Enjoyed our stay, comfortable and clean."

Self catering property with plenty of appliances in the kitchen. Ideal property for our visit to Beamish Museum, literally 5 minutes away. No problems with the property and would definitely use again. The owner was regularly in touch with us, so if there had been any problems we knew they would be sorted.

Nothing to not like.

"Very good"

Location was great for our day out at Beamish museum. Basic but everything you needed.

Back yard could do with some attention, it gets sun most of the day and as it was warm for our stay unable to sit out as no table and chairs, also walls could do with painting,and some pots and plants. Massive potential
