Pur essendo chiuso l'hotel prenptato, siamo stati accolti in un hotel dello stesso gruppo (hotel Esplanade), ottima la location, il personale, la posizione e la colazione.

In realtà ho soggiornato all'hotel Esplanade perché il New Castel era chiuso ma a parte questo inconveniente il personale è stato molto gentile e hanno fatto l'upgrade della camera per scusarsi. Camera un po' datata ma pulita bella vista, mangiato bene. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Torneremo allEsplanade!

Gar Nichts!! Katastrophe
Das Hotel teilte mit, das es schliesse, 2 Tage nachdem persönlicher Kontakt stattfand, wo dies verschwiegen wurde, und ein Tag vor der Ankunft, wo eine kostenfreie Stornierung nicht mehr möglich war. Wir wurden in einem anderen Hotel untergebracht! Eine unglaubliche Frechheit. Nie wieder New Castle!

Staff gentilissimo, molto giovane e con poca esperienza. Hanno tanta voglia di fare, ma sembrano poco supportati dal management. Ottima posizione, colazione ottima.
La struttura è datata e poco curata. Il livello della stanza e delle zone comuni non è allineato al costo della camera.
