very nice hotel caribbean style with lovely sea views and common parts , great beach . the manager is really nice , helpful and efficient .

food is just not adequate for this category of hotel , service is mediocre and extremely expensive . Need a proper team in the kitchen and service .

Not usually one to write reviews, but I simply couldn’t leave without sharing how exceptional this stay was. From the seamless airport collection to the warm welcome drink on arrival, every moment felt thoughtfully curated. Walking into the room to find freshly baked cookies and being greeted by endless smiling faces set the tone for what would be an unforgettable experience. This isn’t a hotel you pass by! The room itself was absolutely stunning. Every little detail had clearly been considered, creating a space that felt both luxurious and welcoming. The views were nothing short of breathtaking, perfect for soaking up the afternoon sun and watching the sunset. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They are exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, and every recommendation, from restaurants to island activities was perfect. Their genuine warmth and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire stay feel personal and special. Having stayed in many high end hotels and resorts all over the world, I can honestly say the service here ranks among the very best I’ve experienced. It wasn’t just excellent, it was memorable. An incredible stay from beginning to end. I cannot wait to return.

The hotel was well appointed and felt more like a home than a residence. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

For the price, I would have expected all inclusive on alcohol or food.
