Rizz Residence Troika KB

The place is beautiful and clean, we’re welcomed with a soothing rose scent when entering the house.Owner is also very friendly and helpful. I think have to bring our own pan if planning to cook because only plates and cutleries provided, but they didnt allow heavy cooking. Microwave and water dispenser is available. But worry not,Many restaurants available around the residence. The pool is great for kids but maybe too crowded during public holidays. We enjoyed our stay, will stay here again in the future

Terrible living experience. No one looks after the apartment and there is no desire to do so. All the doors SQUEAK! Not a single door can be touched without making a terrible squeak. How can this be allowed? There is no curtain in the shower and no tools to collect water. No foot towel. The bathroom is in terrible condition, the drains and corners are dirty and need repair. All the towels smell very bad of dampness. Several towels have terrible stains. The shampoo and shower gel are poured into used bottles, and sediment is visible through the wall of the bottle. The quality is very poor by smell and touch. We bought shower gel!! There was no soap. Naturally, there were no bathroom accessories either. There was no hair dryer. there are no hooks, shelves, no furniture. if i want to take a shower, where do i put my clothes?? The apartment has no utensils for cooking, and there is a sign that COOKING IS NOT ALLOWED! I wonder why I looked for an apartment with a kitchen if I was never able to cook anything in it??? The cups and glasses are dirty. The sponge for washing dishes is old, it is scary even to pick it up. There was no toilet paper in the apartment (but I found napkins in the kitchen.) The audibility in the house is just awful! At night, I heard my neighbor washing his hands! And when he flushes the toilet, probably half the building can hear him. The sockets do not fit European and Asian plugs. Even the lamps in the apartment itself have bent plugs so that they fit the sockets!! I found the only adapter, and we had several phones and two laptops for work!!!.There are cockroaches in the building. And all this for the price of a good hotel!! We managed to wrap things up and leave a day earlier than I booked. I travel a lot and this is the first such terrible experience in many years!!

Perfect location. Nice 2BR with full kitchen, Cuckoo water filter & washer for our family of 4. Great 180 degree KB view including the river. Excellent MBR and living room. The facility like the swimming pool and full facility gymnasium opened until 10 PM make our stay even better. Will come back in future!

Similar like most Troika units, the 2BR unit only has 1 bathroom. Not an issue for us as we are from the same family. The speed of the lift services has improved since we were last at the building. The door hinges may need some oiling to avoid the squeaking sound.

Residence was easy to access. The accommodation was great, it is clean and comfortable. Near to KB mall and bazar tok guru. At level 1 you can access coffee bean, emart, nasken coffee. Enjoy my 3D2N stay❤️
