Location and view

I booked this property primarily because it advertised a shuttle service. Upon arrival, I discovered that the “shuttle” was actually just assistance in calling a taxi. Since the shuttle service was a major factor in my booking decision, this was extremely disappointing and misleading. The arrival experience was also frustrating. The entrance door was locked, and after ringing several times with no response, I had to repeatedly call the property before someone answered. Communication was difficult throughout my stay, and I never once saw anyone at reception. Regarding the taxi service, I was initially told that they would help arrange a taxi when needed. However, when I actually asked for assistance, I was simply told that they would send me the phone number so I could call myself. Considering there was already no shuttle service as advertised, this was particularly frustrating. Only after I insisted did they agree to call the taxi for me. At check-out, I asked whether I could leave my luggage for a few hours. I was told they would allow it as a “favor,” even though luggage storage is a very common service offered by accommodations. The staff also emphasized that they were “not a hotel,” which made the overall experience feel unwelcoming. The property itself may be acceptable, but the lack of service, poor communication, and misleading information regarding the shuttle significantly impacted my stay. Unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed as a guest and would not choose to stay here again. The location is good and the view is beautiful, but for me the quality of the service provided matters more, and unfortunately that was where this property fell short.

Beautiful and peaceful villa were we received best hospitality from Nikolas and his wife who served breakfast for us and gave tips for activities :) the villa including our room were newly renovated and clean!
