The location was great and easy walking distance to the high street, pier and castle. The house is really stunning and furnished to a luxury standard. The outside raised garden would be great in summer or even in winter with the fire pit going. They had a baby gate to install at the bottom of the stairs (or top if required) which was a nice extra to have.

Parking could be an issue depending on when you arrive. The ceiling is very low in places so if you are 6'5'' like I am be prepared to hit your head a few times. I also think that the 10:00 checkout time is a bit early and ideally should be 11:00 or 12.
