Dim Sum Homestay

Very nice place and very clean. Bed is superb and very comfortable.

Nice clean spacious, good air-conditioned.

Would be nice if you could provide some refreshments like packs of coffee or tea. Iron grille at the back which opens into the staircase was not locked.

Nearby both famous dim sum restaurants, ease for shopping by walking distance, the home is new and clean, host is very helpful.

Soundproof is not good especially during the night, quiet disturbing; There was a noisy airconditioner compressor (York) beside the hall when it turns on, understand that it's belong to neighboring.

Very poor sound proofing. The hostel at the upper floor was noisy and anyone going up the stair case can be heard. The Airconditioner compressors for the restaurant was also very noisy before 8am.

It was located very near a lot of food! It was very spacious. The furniture, fixtures, and little details shows the owner has good taste and everything was well thought out for the convenience of the traveller . Everything was very new too! My family members definitely enjoyed it.

Would be great if there was a water filter, even the most basic one on the tap itself, as Malaysian water is not the cleanest unfortunately. One of the guests, wasn't as trilled about the aircond compressor humming that turns on in the morning. I believe it's from the downstairs shop. But at night it's completely quiet so no worries about sleep disruption.

very clean and comfortable. bilik and ruang tamu luas. close with attractions and tempat-tempat makan. the owner will guide you and ensure you find the place. a great stay for family!
