We loved the entire place. Karen checked in on us from arrival time, welcoming us into the accommodation, and offering to prepare a beautiful grazing platter dinner. Coming out from a so-so accommodation a day before, Pin Oaks made us felt welcome and looked after. Accommodation was super clean, even had orange juice, baked goodies when we arrived. Had everything we needed - comfy beds, excellent shower, laundry room and a beautiful garden to walk about. Extra special was their 2 dogs Daniel and Poppy who made our doggos feel at home. This place is a treat!

Karen was very welcoming and pleasant right from the get go. Showed us through the accommodation which had fresh strawberries, fresh orange juice, 3 lots of baking that got replenished after 4 days, as well as eggs and tomato for us to do scrambled. Being a gardener myself I thoroughly appreciated walking around the grounds with their dogs Daniel and Poppy as company. We didn't find the trip into town any bother as we live rurally as well. Great accommodation, plus we didn't have to clean the unit ourselves.

No negatives.

Location was perfect for me as I also had my puppy who enjoyed hanging with owners dogs & didn't take long to get into town.
