Cape Mae Apartment Hotel

I loved that they communicated effectively, and they were very friendly. It is very close to the beach, and it is very quiet. The facilities are modern and beautiful. It is a beautiful place.

They did not have extra blankets in the cupboards, and the cleaning staff often forgot to refill the sugar and coffee sachets after cleaning. I think they should also offer various breakfast options, in case some people do not eat what is available daily.

The location was perfect, literally a walk away from the beach.

The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked. We had little to no glasses and crockery. I also think the sewerage system needs an upgrade as there was a bit of a smell coming from the kitchen sink for our whole stay. The rooms also weren’t necessarily ready by the time we got there, the cleaners we still cleaning well up to 5pm

Francois not only makes incredible food (breakfast and dinner) but also provides excellent service, while Erich’s service is also truly next level and his chicken braai is the best! A special thank you as well for making Wim feel so special — it really meant a lot to us. This hotel is highly recommended! We will be back! The Onter family

Location and silence

Did not replenish bottled water and towels were either not replaced or on 2 nights no towels at all . Secondly towels quality they left alot of fluff on the body

It was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The food at the hotel was excellent. You could chose to eat at the restaurant or food been brought to your room
