Located very centrally in Mazatlan with a nice roof terrace, this apartment could be a good starting point for the city. The host was very helpful in solving the many problems we encountered upon arrival. Communication was friendly and helpful. We could park our car inside which was nice. Large fridge, beds are fine.

The description of the apartment is not correct. It is 3 blocks from the beach, not beach front, but that was ok. There is no dishwasher, no electric kettle, no moquito nets (not needed during our stay) and the kitchen was almost empty upon arrival (just 3 glasses, 4 plates and a frying pan). The latter was fixed. There was no water in the kitchen, the bathroom flooded, chairs were broken, there was one roll of toilet paper for 2 persons for a week, These were also fixed quickly, but we felt exhausted after the first day. On the final day the entrance code was changed before we checked out, so we were locked out for a while. For the seaview you have to go to the roof terrace. See picture for view from apartment. The apartment is very noisy like most places in Mazatlan: traffic, parties at night, shouting 24 hours a day, but that is part of the city life I suppose. Be aware of that! Cleaning could be better, especially the balcony was very dirty.
