Clean and modern

Ceilings in rooms are low/slated, sunken mattress, insufficient dining chairs, structural beams on floor which makes moving around for old and young people challenging, transparent door for master bedroom (no privacy).

This place is truly the eighth wonder of the world — and not in a good way. How it has managed to accumulate high ratings remains one of the greatest unsolved mysteries of our time. I would hesitate to even call it an apartment. What we walked into was nothing more than a converted attic — a blatant tourist trap with absolutely no redeeming qualities. The level of filth was beyond anything I have ever encountered: grimy tiles, cobwebs in every corner, hair on the pillows and blankets, disgusting furniture, a revolting kitchen, and a bathroom that should be condemned. The drain smell alone was enough to ruin any appetite. No elevator. No adequate parking — and let’s be very clear about this: the listing mentions parking, but conveniently forgets to mention it fits exactly ONE car, despite advertising accommodation for a group. This is straight-up misleading information and borders on false advertising. Тhe mattress in the second room has completely given up on life, pulling you helplessly to the center no matter where you try to sleep If you are taller than 170 cm, consider yourself warned — the sloped ceilings will personally introduce themselves to your head. And if you have even the most basic standards of hygiene — and I mean the absolute bare minimum — do yourself a favor and run. This is without a doubt the most revolting place I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. Avoid at all costs.

Appartement très jolie, bien situé et bien équipé.

En effet, cet appartement est très jolie, bien équipé, bien situé mais en dehors de son côté esthétique il est loin d’être confortable. Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans l’appartement situé au troisième étage. Pour commencer, odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain, puis le lit dans la seconde chambre et tout sauf confortable, nuit catastrophique… entre le lit qui est affaissé où il est impossible de dormir droit et bien (on retombe tout le temps au milieu), le bruit dans la rue, notamment le tram qui s’entend beaucoup et les volets/stores qui ne couvrent absolument pas la lumière. Vous êtes sur de ne pas dormir tout de suite et d’être réveillé très vite par la lumière le matin. C’est vraiment dommage car l’appartement est vraiment joli et très bien situé mais le but de réserver un logement reste avant tout de dormir confortablement et ce n’est pas le cas ici…

The apartment was modern, beautiful and well kept

It is not designed for 6-people, only one bathroom and there is not enough space for such amount of people, and lots of big and heavy furniture that get on the way

Loved the style-tradition with modern amenities. Quiet neighbourhood with off street parking.

Three flights of stairs with no lift. Should have packed lighter.
