Lokacija je bila izvrsna, taman za obilazak užeg centra grada i uživanje na adventu. Smještaj je uredan i ima sve nužno za udobnost.

Grijanje je bilo namješteno na 18 kada smo ušli u stan. Trebalo bi upaliti grijanje u prijepodnevnim satima nakon čišćenja smještaja, kako bi gostima bilo ugodno toplo.
