I liked the location, staff and walking trails surrounding.

The House was VERY noisy. My room in the posada was next to a kitchen. Somone was cooking in the kitchen at 6 am, waking me up. The sounds in the kitchen were loud and woke me from a deep sleep. At 8 am other people were playing music in the kitchen at a loud volume and talking very loudly. While traveling i want enjoy silence in the morning. I would never stay at this place again.

I stayed one night at the hotel after my flight. The location was amazing along the lagun with an unexpected direct access to the promenade. The hotel location is central, which was very convenient for moving around and visiting the city. The room was clean and bright, perfect for a stay in Villahermosa. The receptionist was nice and helpful in providing more information about restaurants, culture, and city points of interest.

I like that it’s clean and the host was very accommodating and friendly.

I didn’t like that the pillows were small and flat and I had was to asked for a fitted sheet and also the fact that there was a lot of mosquitoes especially after the rain . Also the pots and utensils was not sturdy very cheap and flimsy , our food almost fell out of the frying pan and there wasn’t enough space in the refrigerator because there was a lot of guess / family there but in the end they get a extra smaller refrigerator to accommodate the us , which was place on the second floor where we were as staying.

Hosts were amazing, helped with everything I needed

Pillows were a bit slim, otherwise, was great :-)
