Bica inn cozy apartament

Aunque hay que llegar caminando y si evitamos las escaleras, no nos salvamos de la cuesta, la ubicación es muy buena. El apartamento está bien equipado y todo muy limpio, nuevo y decorado con sencillez y gusto. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Por alguna razón, quizás el internet no se descargaron las fotos con las indicaciones para retirar llaves y localizar el apartamento, fueron muy amables explicando como hacerlo.

Al llegar al final de la noche, me encontré solo con 4 perchas y los armarios con llave, sin plancha, ni secador de pelo. En esta página reseñan contar con estos servicios, de hecho en las fotos se ve un buen armario, por lo cual pregunté y manifesté mi necesidad de contar con lo reseñado en el anuncio, la primera respuesta fue que si no me gustaba me fuera, que tenía 30 minutos para hacerlo, uppp. Luego de escribirles nuevamente recapacitaron, fueron empáticos y al día siguiente tenía más perchas, (la plancha y secador, que pensaron algún huésped se los habría llevado) y un pequeño armario. Si en booking no hubiesen estado incluidos estos servicios, no los hubiera reclamado, he ido muchas veces a apartamentos. Sería bueno contar con un apoya maletas o un banco largo bajo la ventana de la sala para evitar tener que colocarlas en el sofá. Sólo hay una ventana que da a la calle en PB, por lo que la iluminación es principalmente artificial, no nos influyó pues estamos lo necesario, el baño es pequeño, a tomar en cuenta si se es una persona grande.

Wohnung ist super gelegen, zentral und man kommt überall hin, die Wohnung ist für 2 bis 3 leuten super, hat alles was man braucht und alles neu, schön sauber und neu renoviert, bett sehr bequem, ich würde es jedem empfehlen, werden lissabon wieder besuchen und die gleiche wohnung buchen, TOP

L’emplacement, facilité d’accès, stratégiquement pour des touristes c’est niquel. L’hôte est agréable et réactif, tout le nécessaire pour une semaine de vacances. Propre.

Une seule fenêtre donc assez sombre, peu d’aire mais un ventilateur efficace.

The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It had all the amenities you would need and looked nice. The location was great, there were many small bars around but it wasn't a party area, so it wasn't too crowded or loud. They gave us the opportunity to check-in a little bit early which was great.

The bedroom doesn't have a real window so the air quality was not very good. The only window is in the living room which makes it quite hard to properly air out the room. They do provide you with a fan which helped a bit.

This wasn’t my first time in Lisbon, but staying at this flat truly elevated the experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, close to everything you’d want to see or do. Whether it’s walking to iconic spots, finding great restaurants, or hopping on public transport, everything is just around the corner. The flat itself had everything I needed—comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. All the amenities were spot-on, making it feel like a home away from home. You can tell a lot of care went into setting it up for guests. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish, which made the whole process seamless. Is this the best option for experiencing Lisbon? Honestly, it might be. I’ll definitely be coming back.
