Complete facilities

No fan in one of the bedrooms and at the dining area. Grab rider cannot enter the area, hence a bit of walking to collect food at the security gate.

Ease of: Finding location. Collecting keys & card. Parking. Pool & property facilities. Apartment itself was clean & host provided all sorts of extras.

Shower water pressure could be a tad stronger, but just nitpicking.

The location is strategic and near to the city center. The home facilities is good and owner did provide with some grocers items like biscuits, noodle and others.

The pool area in not being well maintain by the management and the pool is quite dirty for the newly build up area. Management need to appoint someone to clean up the pool.
