Appartamento bello e funzionale, c'era tutto l'occorrente e tutto era molto curato. Complimenti ai gestori per la loro cura e attenzione a tutti i dettagli

Niente ,era tutto perfetto

L'appartamento è ben strutturato, grande, con balcone (essenziale in estate) e gli spazi ben divisi. Il bagno funzionale e la zona pranzo molto ariosa, con un divano comodissimo. Gli spazi sono esattamente come in foto. Diversi aspetti da migliorare, un peccato perché il quartiere è ben fornito anche di supermercati, si arriva in pochi minuti di auto o con una bella passeggiata a piedi sia al mare che al centro di Alghero. Una buona esperienza nel complesso, perché Alghero è stata bellissima e l'appartamento di per sé è ben fatto, ma potrebbe essere molto più curato nei dettagli e diventare davvero il top

Da migliorare assolutamente la pulizia e la cura dei materiali forniti, c'erano tazze/bicchieri scheggiati e diverse zone impolverate già al nostro arrivo. Alcuni dei servizi descritti sul sito non erano effettivamente presenti nell'appartamento: per esempio, i "prodotti per la pulizia" della cucina consistevano in una retina per piatti ed un sapone all'interno di un dispenser. Migliorabile anche l'assistenza al cliente durante il soggiorno. Era presente, come descritto, lo stendibiancheria ma non c'erano mollette: ho chiesto per messaggio molto gentilmente se fosse possibile averne, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta per tutta la settimana. Per questo motivo, anche se negli ultimi due giorni gli ospiti dell'appartamento accanto hanno recato non poco fastidio, alzando la voce anche a mezzanotte passata, ho ritenuto inutile anche solo provare a scrivere alla struttura.

The communication with the manager before arrival was terrible and not acceptable. He was not picking the phone and then telling me in the very rude way that it is 8 in the morning, it is too early to call and he did not want to pick up. Although we did not agree on the hour of the arrival, which is usually initiated by accommodation, we were arriving on that day so we needed to agree on it. In the original reservation the check-in was at 2 PM, he said in the chat it is 4PM, then he changed it also on booking (but I had screenshot showing 2PM fortunately). Gas was switched off (so we could not cook for almost 2 days), it should have been checked. Although the rest of the trip, the communication was okay, the arrival part was very bad experience and that is why I would not recommend this accommodation

The appartament was well equipped. It was clean and spacious. The host was very helpful and friendly.

It was a bit far from city center, around 15-20 min by walk.

Francesco was an excellent landlord. I really recommend the apt, it was clean and very confortable. Good location, just 20 minuts aprox to the city centre.
