Great attitude of the owner towards guests, everything was perfectly cleaned, despite our difficult situation, the owner did everything to help

The house is well furnished and the property is quite large. A grandma who welcomed us was overall friendly and the neighbor brought some homemade bread and bacon which was cool.

After over 100 bookings, this was probably one of the worst I ever made. Thankfully, I only booked it for a one-day birthday barbecue, so I'll briefly list why so that future travelers can be cautious: - They insisted on letting them know when we'll be there only to arrive after us and turn on the electricity once there. The problem was that the fridge and water boiler weren't turned on beforehand so we spent hours drinking warm beverages and washing our hands in cold water. - We were told that they won't turn on the sauna because "electricity is expensive". Needless to say, the sauna was one of the main reasons why we booked the place. - Jacuzzi was extremely dirty and when I called the host, they told us that "those are only water crystals" and that there is a dish sponge under the sink that we can use to clean the jacuzzi ourselves. So, we spent an hour cleaning the jacuzzi before using it since there was no sauna so that was the only part of wellness still potentially there. During the same call, I asked to turn on the sauna and was told that "we should be happy with what we got". - There are cameras all over the house, one of which is directed directly into the jacuzzi and sauna. It also has night vision so you make of it what you want but I was uncomfortable with someone potentially watching me there live. - A drunk neighbor came to visit us three times. Being drunk he slipped and told us that the host sent him to check on us. He was polite and well behaved but cmon why would you ask your neighbor to check on your guests? - Besides the house itself, the property isn't well maintained and is only partially finished. - They charged us 15€ for checkout until 1 PM even though no other guests were coming - which would be alright if electricity wasn't that expensive.

everything of property was great. house, rooms, kitchen, hot tub and above all great host who welcomed us with big smile and glass of home made drink. we had a great weekend i am sure to recommend to all.
