Hôtel idéalement situé ! Pas bruyant et confortable. Personnel très accueillant ! Zone de taxi juste en face de l’hôtel

Aucun ménage de fait pendant les trois jours de notre séjour et ménage de la salle de bain pas terrible.

The property was really nice as described, with kind staff and nice room. Everything was clean, and we always had a taxi when we wanted to go somewhere. The breakfast was nice as well.

The room was barely able to cool down, it was 40 degrees outside so we couldn’t even let fresh air in. The AC was really poor, we had to leave it on when we went to bed wich made us sick. There was barely any cold water in the shower and in this heat it would have been the minimum. The location was kinda sketcy, plus the property is directly by a mosque, where they play this extremely loud and long prayer at 5 am which was unpleasant. I think the experience would’ve been better if it wasn’t for the 40 degrees.

Unfriendly staff no smile, there is no proper cleaning, even for so small things need to beg and run after such as for towel and toilet papers, just because my friend sit 5 minutes while breakfast is serving and started to get food by 10.35 they refused to give breakfast to her started to collect all the items, plates and i had to involve and argue for a small breakfast. All those happened even we upgraded to a suite from the first day of arrival which they charged for a fortune.

Location is great. The staff is friendly and tries to help you out.

We are on a holiday, driving all through 30 cities of turkey and this is our second time in Bodrum. This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in, in terms of rooms, facilities, cleanliness and maintenance. The doors don't lock, if you are able to somehow lock them using a lotttt of force, (it's a traditional lock) it takes ages to unlock. The doors were basically swollen and couldn't even close properly. The bathroom toilet seat was broken, it's horrible how similar reviews are already there on Google and they still haven't been able to fix ANYTHING!!! The spare bed for kids had a broken mattress with literally 5-7 springs I could feel in my back. There are NO lids on the bin, even in bathroom, the dustbin HAS a lid which doesn't close at all!!!!! There is NO kettle, no tea or coffee on the house at all. You have to ask for water at breakfast, no beverages or juices in this heat are available in breakfast. Breakfast options are so limited, just cold bread, cheese olives and boiled eggs and 1 variety of fruit. The ONLY upside was the location. Second thing is that the people were nice and friendly, they helped with keeping my son's special gluten free food in the kitchen freezer. But they seriously need to fix these major things in the hotel. I regret staying here for two nights, as we were city-hopping, one night in each city and we're looking forward to having a nice relaxing stay for 2 nights in Bodrum but what a disappointment.
