Great location, nice rooms and super friendly staff! Oguz was so lovely and was also able to provide us breakfast, coffees and juices each day which ended up costing us each only about $10 AUD per day

The hotel looked nice at first but looking at it closer it certainly had its flaws

Reception staff’s behavior, location

The hotel is new and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. However, the room doors don't block noise well, making it hard to sleep, especially on the ground floor where even lobby TV sounds are audible. The king-size rooms are very small with limited space to move, while the twin rooms are slightly better. We originally booked a twin room but were asked to be provided with a king room, we were provided with king room for 2 nights, where the room had a dirty pillow and a broken shower head. The twin room we stayed in for the third night was better, but still noisy. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, and the WiFi works well. There are plenty of tables to sit and enjoy food and drinks with friends or a partner at the hotel territory.

Awful stay. It was 37 degrees in Bodrum during our stay, and the air conditioner was not working in the rooms. When we arrived at the hotel at 10 p.m., there was no water in the rooms. We had to wait until 1 a.m. to be able to take a bath and brush our teeth after a 13-hour flight. The Wi-Fi connection kept cutting out for hours. This can be very inconvenient if you have work emails to respond to or families to reach, as the Wi-Fi connection is not stable. I would not recommend this hotel for a family wanting to visit this part of the country.
