Good location and room.

I specifically booked a AC room but in the middle of the afternoon there is no AC.

Wonderful stay with your support.. Hotel is located at very natural atmosphere. Your co operation is remarkable. Our stay was very comfortable and reasonable in this price. Thanks again for your best service and we will recommend it to our friends and relatives too. Also we will take your service again when nearest opportunity occurs.

Service was little weak, it seems that there is shortage of menpower

Despite the leakage issue, we really appreciated the serene location of Hotel Malshej Mist. The surrounding natural beauty, misty hills, and peaceful atmosphere made for a refreshing getaway. The property has great potential for relaxation and enjoying the scenic views. The staff was polite and the overall ambiance of the area was calming, offering a much-needed break from the city.

Upon checking into the room, we noticed a significant water leakage issue. Water was continuously accumulating on the floor, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to walk around. We immediately informed the hotel staff about this concern. However, their response was disappointing. They explained that the walls of the hotel are made of concrete rather than bricks, and as a result, water could be seeping in from the outside—especially due to the ongoing weather conditions. Unfortunately, no alternative room was provided, nor was any effective solution offered during our stay. This situation not only disrupted our experience but also raised hygiene and safety concerns. We believe such issues should be clearly communicated in advance, or the rooms should be maintained to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. We kindly request you to look into this matter and assist us with appropriate compensation or resolution. We have always trusted Booking.com for reliable stays, and we hope you will uphold that standard in resolving this matter.
