服务都特别周到和细心，前台是几个小伙子轮流值班，很和善，会帮忙联系出租车，提供骑马、观看热气球等服务的预定。

没有。位置略有一点偏，但是优点是更安静。

The room was cool, breakfast was excellent and the lady in charge of it was super nice, they also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine.

Communication lack, I expected more support from the hotel to make sure I was not going to pay extra, they were supposed to arrange an airport pickup for us, we had to take a taxi (at least we got breakfast the day of arrival which was not supposed to be included and got an “early checkin”), we were charged extra for the balloons ride in the hotel (130) but the balloons company charged 80, hotel should be a partner who helps their guests. The extra money we paid was then returned, according to the hotel is because the prices changes every hour, but in the balloons website they have a fixed price.

Wonderful stays, staff were very friendly and bed is super comfortable

Le logement était parfait, typique de la région. Si je dois retenir trois choses, c’est : 1/ le petit déjeuner - exceptionnel 2/ la propreté des communs et de la chambre 3/ le service irréprochable de toutes les personnes travaillant dans cet hôtel.
