MYActually i accidentally booked for 2 which is i normally booked for couple only previosly & normally we pay for extra breakfast at the hotel, but this RESORT ask us to pay extra Rm 140 for the charge of 2 kids cost, which is i think NOT COMPATIBLE with the SERVICE, ESPECIALLY FOR THE BREAKFAST MEAL WHICH THEY SERVED ONLY 2 NASI LEMAK & CEREAL & MY KIDS ONLY EAT 2 BOWL OF CEREALS, WHICH NORMALLY COSTS AROUND RM 40-50. THEY CONTACTED ME AFTER 1 WEEK SAYING NEED EXTRA RM 140 FOR THE COST OF 2 KIDS I THINK THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH IT CONSIDERING THE MEALS THEY EAT ONLY CEREAL AND THEY SAID IT THE COST OF THE RESORT, HELLO THE HILL??? THE ROOM ITSELF HAS 1 QUEEN BED & 2 DOUBLE BEDS SO WHICH PART OF THE COST THEY NEEDED FOR ONLY 8YRS OLD KID & 4YEARS OLD KID??? REALLY NOT WORTH IT.. WE WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THE HILL THIS IS THE WORST RESORT EVER.. THE FACILITY ITSELF IS NOT CONVENIENCE WHERE U NEED TO LIFT UR LUGGAGE FROM 150-200 SMALL STEPS TO ALMOST 15-20 FT HEIGHT.. NOT RECOMMENDED TO BRING BABIES THEIR SURROUNDING GOT DOG FECES EVERYWHERE REALLY NOT WORTH UR MONEY.. PLS CONSIDER MY COMMENT WHEN U CHOOSE THE RESORT

MYMYLove the view and the villa. It's not too cold at night, and I love the breeze of the nature when you're sitting at the verandah. You can explore the surroundings, there is a cafe just 5 mins away, river and campsites nearby, and grocery stores. The caretaker kakak is so helpful and willing to accomodate to our requests, and she's a great cook as well! Thanks for preparing our breakfast!
There are steep stairs, not recommended for people with old packs and babies. Dont bring luggage, as you will get tired carrying it up the stairs (it's long!) Note to the owner - you might want to simplify/bullet proof your guides, is it too long to comprehend 😅

Rooms not really clean and inside the bathroom when you shower the water will overflow. Owner have to fix this problem. Toilet in swimming pool area a bit drity very yellow. The worst part you have to climb the stairs that very high. With the luggage and bags very exhausted and tired because it's too high not recommended for old people. During night time not many lights was onn.
MYEverything about this place is amazing, friendly staff, beautiful scenery, fresh air, quite place for our honeymoon, definitely will come back soon. And the durian here is so delicious.
